The Lumina LSP Defence Serum combines two advanced formulations within a precision dual-chamber delivery system, designed to address pigmentation from both its earliest triggers and its visible manifestations.

We are preparing to launch LSP Defence Antioxidant Serum, the first formula in our upcoming two part LSP Pigment System. LSP Defence focuses on pigment defence, using advanced antioxidants to neutralise oxidative stress and interrupt melanocyte activation before pigmentation begins.
It will be followed by LSP Renewal, designed to regulate and protect the skin once melanocytes have been triggered. Across the two formulas, the system delivers 24 actives at clinical doses targeting multiple pathways involved in visible pigmentation. Ahead of launch, we will conduct a limited round of consumer testing.

LSP Defence is formulated to interrupt the earliest biological triggers of pigmentation by neutralising oxidative stress, protecting cellular structures, and disrupting signalling pathways that activate melanocytes.

EUK-134 is a potent self regenerating antioxidant enzyme mimetic designed to replicate the activity of two of the body’s most important protective enzymes, Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) and Catalase. These two enzymes neutralise Superoxide a harmful form of ROS.
Defence Complex
This formula brings together a constellation of advanced antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and melanocyte-modulating actives, each selected to target a different stage of the pigmentation cascade. Catalytic antioxidant enzymes help neutralise reactive oxygen species such as superoxide radicals before they can trigger cellular stress, while potent polyphenols defend against singlet oxygen, lipid peroxidation and inflammatory signalling.
Alongside this antioxidant network, targeted pigment-regulating actives work to interrupt the communication pathways that stimulate melanocytes, helping to reduce the activation of MITF, tyrosinase and other key mediators involved in melanin production.
Rather than focusing solely on existing pigmentation, this multi-layered defence system is designed to address the earliest biological triggers of discolouration by reducing oxidative stress, calming inflammation, supporting the skin's intrinsic antioxidant reserves and helping to prevent the signalling events that ultimately lead to excess pigment formation.
